I have lived in Wells for 30 odd years and worked as a physiotherapist in the NHS  for 40 years. My final role was manager of the Somerset stroke service before retirement.  I have 2 daughters who both attended Stoberry Park School and was a parent governor for some of their time at the school and my husband was the chair of the Friends of Stoberry Park.  Otherwise, I have little knowledge in Education and feel this is an asset as a local advocate as I ask often the most basic questions.  My knowledge has expanded rapidly over the past 4 years as a Governor, now Local Advocate and Joint Chair.
